Known Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years' experience in a social services role with a strong social justice focus and a solid understanding of and commitment to company mission required
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior management position with demonstrated experience leading effective community based programs and groups of 15 or more employees required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to persuade required
• Fluent in spoken and written Arabic required
