About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Advancement Data and Technology to lead the strategic evolution of CRM, business intelligence tools, and related systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a long-term vision and roadmap that aligns with the business needs of the advancement community. This role involves serving as the product owner for CRM, providing technical leadership, and supervising a team of data analysts, IT professionals, and Salesforce administrators. The Executive Director will also be tasked with ensuring data security, privacy, and compliance, as well as driving the adoption of technology that supports the organization's goals. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's or MBA, and at least 7 years' experience in Salesforce administration and enterprise management. The role requires a solid understanding of CRM and business intelligence technology solutions, data structures, and agile project management. Experience in a similar setting, such as higher education, healthcare, or non-profit, is also preferred. The Executive Director will be expected to supervise a small team and must have a proven track record of leadership and managerial experience. The position demands a candidate who can foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, stay abreast of emerging technology trends, and build strong partnerships both within the organization and with external vendors.
