Front Desk Receptionist - Bilingual (Spanish) - Riverhead, NY
Salary: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist for a busy primary care office in Riverhead, NY . The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish , have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients in a courteous and efficient manner
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and verify insurance information
• Handle patient registration and maintain accurate records in the EMR system (experience with eClinicalWorks/ECW is a plus)
• Collect co-pays and assist with billing inquiries
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a medical office or customer service setting preferred
• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with EMR systems
• Friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor
• Must be flexible to work some evenings and Sundays as needed

Schedule:
Flexible hours including occasional evenings and Sundays

Compensation:
$19.00 - $23.00 per hour , based on experience
