The Route Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. The shift is 6pm - 2:30am Monday - Friday. ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package. Basic qualifications include being 18 years of age or older, no experience required, and no high school diploma, GED or college degree required. Preferred qualifications include customer service experience and 1 year of similar work experience. Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining buildings/facilities, following procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, notifying the manager concerning the need for repairs or additions to building operating systems, and complying with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
