Voca is actively seeking to train motivated go-getters with customer-facing experience to be Healthcare Recruiters. You’ll place clinicians on multi-week contract assignments at healthcare facilities across the country, either directly or through our managed service providers. What you bring to the table:

  • 1 year of customer-facing work experience, with travel healthcare sales experience being preferred, specifically travel nursing or allied. You’ve had experience with quotas, goals and have influenced, served, listened to, sold and communicated over the phone or in-person.
  • A drive to succeed and multi-task in a fast-paced, sales results-oriented environment.
  • You’re optimistic and motivated by challenge. Persistence is key!
  • A desire for an earning potential of $200k+ annually within the first 24 months.
  • A hunger to acquire new skills and learn new things to drive success.
  • Practical tech savviness. You know how to navigate Microsoft office programs, like Teams, Outlook, Excel, and understand conducting quick searches on the internet. You are quick to pick up new programs such as a CRM platform.
  • Persistence and hustle.

The Day to Day:

  • Recruit! Work the phone calling clinicians to engage, develop interest, qualify, and place talent in contract assignments in healthcare facilities through our database and via candidate referrals.
  • Build powerful relationships with clinicians as their career consultant and placement advisor.
  • Full life cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding stage.
  • Communicate effectively different contract assignment options, benefits and negotiate employment terms with travelers to maximize the candidate experience.
  • Stay in close contact with active field-staff, resolving on-the-job issues, offering suggestions for the next opportunity, while effectively advocating and escalating as needed.
  • Efficiently submit candidates, track your prospective and ongoing placements, negotiate clinician’s contracts, update database records, and maintain a strong recruiting pipeline.
  • Communicate with team members to share ideas, information, best practices, etc.

Compensation Package and Hours:

Weekly pay

Strong Base Salary

Eligibility for up to 20% in commissions, paid weekly, on Gross Margin Dollars.

Monday-Friday 7:45am-5:00pm
