About Us:
Our new Springhill Suites hotel is now seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Hotel Night Auditor to join our team! As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional stay experience.
Job Summary:
We're looking for a courteous and efficient Overnight Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest service, manage overnight operations, and ensure a seamless morning transition. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and check-in guests, handling room assignments and key card issuance
Manage guest requests, resolving issues promptly and professionally
Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and provide hotel information
Process guest payments, handle currency transactions, and balance shift receipts
Maintain accurate records, including guest registration cards and incident reports
Monitor hotel security, reporting incidents to management
Perform basic computer tasks, including software navigation and report generation
Maintain lobby and front desk cleanliness and organization
Follow hotel policies, procedures and safety protocols
Requirements:
Hours are overnight 11p-8a; must have flexible availability and able to work some weekends
Ability to work independently, think critically, and multitask
Basic computer skills
Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
