This high-impact, onsite role is perfect for HR professionals eager to take on a hands-on position managing employee relations, leave administration, and new hire orientation. HR Generalist Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging new hire orientation sessions to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Manage LOA and FMLA processes, providing guidance and support to employees
• Build strong relationships across the organization by handling employee relations matters
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws while driving a positive workplace culture

HR Generalist Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR experience
• Strong understanding of LOA, FMLA, and employee relations best practices
• Workday experience preferred-a plus for those familiar with HRIS systems!
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work onsite in Round Lake, IL, five days a week
