The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining reports and dashboards that provide insight into key HR metrics, including corrective actions, attendance tracking, and exit interview trends. The ideal candidate will possess both strong technical skills and a keen understanding of HR data and processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain HR dashboards and reports within SAP SuccessFactors to support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop standardized and ad hoc reports related to:
o Corrective action tracking
o Attendance and absenteeism patterns
o Exit interview analysis and turnover trends
• Partner with HR, Employee Relations, and Operations teams to understand data needs and deliver accurate, actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reports through validation, audits, and reconciliation processes.
• Translate complex data sets into meaningful visuals and summaries for stakeholders at all levels.
• Monitor and optimize reporting workflows to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Assist with system configurations and enhancements that support reporting capabilities.
• Support compliance reporting and data requests related to internal audits and external regulations.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in reporting and analytics.
• Strong understanding of HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, time/attendance, and offboarding.
• Experience with People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, and Ad Hoc Reporting tools within SuccessFactors.
• Advanced skills in Excel and working knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
