Overview:

HVAC Service Department - Experienced Dispatcher We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and customer-focused HVAC Dispatcher.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Coordinate and Schedule Service Calls : Efficiently assign service calls to technicians and ensure all appointments are scheduled in a timely manner.
• Customer Communication : Act as a liaison between customers and service technicians, ensuring smooth communication regarding service appointment times, technician arrivals, and updates.
• Create and Manage Work Orders : Generate and maintain accurate service call work orders, ensuring all details are correct for technicians to perform their duties efficiently.
• Track Service Call Progress : Monitor the status of ongoing service calls to ensure timely completion and handle any issues that arise to keep operations running smoothly.
• Professional Interaction : Communicate with customers in a friendly, clear, and professional manner, ensuring an excellent customer service experience.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Education : High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience : A minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC dispatching.
• Customer Service : Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent service and managing customer expectations.
• Organizational Skills : Excellent ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with dispatching software.
• Punctuality and Reliability : Must be dependable and arrive on time, ready to contribute to team goals.
