About Nebraska Owner's Insurance Agency:

Nebraska Owner's Insurance Agency is a leading insurance provider, expanding its operations in Nebron, Nebraska. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Insurance Agent.

Position Overview:

As an Insurance Agent, you will play a pivotal role in our agency. This position requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a positive attitude. If you are eager to kickstart your career in a dynamic environment, we welcome you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing personalized insurance recommendations.
• Sales: Identify potential clients, generate leads, and sell various insurance policies.
• Policy Explanation: Explain insurance products, terms, and pricing to clients.
• Claims Assistance: Help clients file claims and guide them through the process.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with laws and maintain accurate client records.
• Policy Renewals: Manage policy renewals and suggest updates based on client needs.
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and new products.
• Networking: Attend events and leverage marketing strategies to grow the client base.

Qualifications:

• P&C License or ability to obtian license within 30 days Required
• At least 2 years of experience as a licensed CSR, or Agent preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to change.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Applied Epic a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
