Job Description
Insurance Agent's primary role is to sell and manage insurance policies, acting as a liaison between insurance companies and clients. They identify client needs, recommend appropriate coverage, and handle policy sales and renewals. Agents also assist with claims processing, maintain client records, and build relationships with both new and existing customers.
