Job Description

Training Delivery: Facilitate engaging onboarding and ongoing training sessions (virtual and in-person) for insurance sales agents.
Curriculum Development: Create and maintain training materials covering insurance products, sales processes, compliance, and CRM tools.
Coaching & Feedback: Provide 1:1 and group coaching to reinforce learning and improve sales performance.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales leaders to identify training needs and deliver targeted learning solutions.
Compliance Training: Ensure all training aligns with state and federal insurance regulations.
Performance Tracking: Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and sales metrics.
Technology Integration: Utilize LMS platforms and digital tools to enhance training delivery and tracking.
