IT Development, Release, and Change Enablement Services Manager

Responsibilities:

• Provides consulting services to management, staff, and customers in analysis and design of programming systems, problem-oriented languages, management systems, scientific systems, and related projects.
• Develops planning and monitoring of the design, implementation, and checkout of programming systems, offering technical guidance for complex problems.
• Performs technical tasks involving customer relations.
• Develops principles and procedures for customer-programming studies, analyzing objectives and methods.
• Creates analytical and computational techniques for problem-solving.
• Designs project formulation and development processes.
• Provides technical direction, guidance, and assistance to projects.
• Advises on programming and analytical phases of development and research.
• Develops mathematical models and conducts research into modeling techniques when necessary.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Engineering or related experience.
• Senior level position requiring certifications: Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, ITIL Foundation or Practitioner v.4, and DevSecOps FoundationSM.
• Experience: 7-12 years; preferred 15-20 years with significant experience in IT services management, CI/CD, and DevSecOps.
• Demonstrated success in managing CI/CD pipeline and DevSecOps toolsets in complex environments.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant IT or management discipline preferred.
• Excellent communication skills relevant to CI/CD and DevSecOps.

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting and standing for long periods.
• Ambulating within and between office buildings.
