The Role:

As our Pasta Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of fresh Italian pasta dishes with precision and efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a deep appreciation for authentic Italian food.

Requirements:

• Previous experience cooking pasta in a professional kitchen is a must

• Strong understanding of Southern Italian cooking techniques

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Team-oriented, reliable, and punctual

• Passion for quality, presentation, and flavor and must follow all food safety regulations

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
