Assist in creating compelling and professional presentation layouts, advertisements, promotional materials, offering memorandum, etc. Manage heavy edits and change process once initial drafts are created. Create compelling social media content. Collaborate with corporate marketing and maintain a robust social media calendar. Adhere to brand standards while continually improving design.KEY ATTRIBUTES/EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree in graphic design. 1+ year of graphic design experience in a professional setting, within real estate is preferred Expertise in social media and email distribution platforms such as (Constant Contact, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) Intermediate proficiency in the following applications: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; basic to intermediate proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines. Enthusiasm, positive attitude, and ability to work with a team. Ability to handle direct feedback in a professional manner. Good organizational skills, strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through. Ability to learn quickly. Regularly manage tight deadlines and changing priorities.
