Job Details

The Senior Manager, Revenue Operations will lead a global Revenue team overseeing Billing, Cash Application, and Collections, ensuring operational excellence and optimizing the Order-to-Cash process for revenue efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Optimize operations by collaborating with Sales, Program Management, Sales Ops, and Customer Success.
+ Implement data-driven management strategies to enhance efficiency.
+ Lead a global RevOps team managing multiple revenue streams.
+ Serve as the primary business owner for ERP modules (SuiteBilling & ARM) in NetSuite, ensuring smooth integration with upstream processes.
+ Work closely with Deal Desk & Pricing teams to assess and approve non-standard deals.
+ Partner with Technical Accounting to evaluate revenue recognition impacts and ensure proper execution.
+ Identify automation opportunities to streamline workflows.
+ Drive operational quality through continuous auditing, validation, and reconciliation.
+ Support forecasting and reporting efforts in collaboration with FP&A.
+ Lead change management initiatives with structured governance and best practices.
+ Maintain key documentation, including playbooks, policies, system requirements, and process flows.
+ Stay updated on industry trends to ensure systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce) align with best practices and technological advancements.

Skills & Experience:

+ 7+ years overall in Revenue Ops (billing, collections, revenue recognition), in SaaS and proven experience leading a Revenue Operations team and
+ Strong knowledge of industry best practices and revenue operations frameworks.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
+ Strong analytical ability—capable of distilling complex data into actionable insights.
+ Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
+ Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
+ Experience with systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Excel, Solution7, and FloQast (preferred).
