Overview We’re a fast-growing, high-performing healthcare law firm looking for an exceptionally organized and detail-obsessed professional to handle time entry, billing, collections, and client invoicing in Clio and Outlook. This is not a passive admin role—you’ll be critical to keeping our attorney on track, ensuring clients are billed correctly and promptly, answering calls with polish, managing calendars, assisting with marketing, and helping with the firm’s relocation.
