Are you an experienced insurance sales veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary will start at $45,000 and our top earners made $12,000+ in commission last year

• Client Interaction: Engage directly with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored advice.
• Policy Management: Assist clients in choosing appropriate coverage and customizing insurance plans to suit their specific requirements.
• Relationship Development: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
• Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory and internal policies.

• Licensing: Must hold an active Florida Property & Casualty License.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in insurance sales or a related sector.
• Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Sales Acumen: Proven track record in successfully converting leads and closing deals.
• Initiative: Able to work proactively and independently, taking ownership of tasks and goals.
