Seeking Machine Builders in Shoreview, MN $30-36/hr Direct Placement or Contract to Hire

Job Description

The person in this role will build assemblies, sub-assemblies, panels, and components for automated equipment. They will be working on a very clean and well-lit manufacturing floor. The equipment is used in the manufacturing of medical devices, aerospace, and nuclear industries.

Responsibilities

• Follow step-by-step instructions to connect and assemble components mechanically or electrically.
• Mechanical assembly of machines, sub-assemblies, and building machines from print.
• Test and troubleshoot components using volt meters.
• Use a Bill of Materials (BOM) and schematic to identify potential problems and organize by assembly.
• Assist or supervise machine 'power up'.

Hours & Pay:

(Monday-Friday)

7am-3:30pm

$30-36/hr

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• AAS degree in automation and robotics, power and fluid, electronic technician (preferred).
• Experience with blueprints, schematics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical wiring.
• Willingness to train and learn in other areas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr.
