Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Maintenance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume manufacturing and a proven track record in leadership and production supervision. This role requires expertise in industrial equipment, mechanical assembly, and a commitment to safety and preventive protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the maintenance of all industrial equipment and machinery.
• Supervise and lead the maintenance team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues, including gearboxes, high and low voltage systems, PLCs, and HMIs.
• Collaborate with production supervisors to ensure seamless operations and address any maintenance-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in high-volume manufacturing and production supervision.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Extensive knowledge of industrial equipment and mechanical assembly.
• Experience with gearboxes, high and low voltage systems, PLCs, and HMIs.
• Experience with Fanuc Robots is a plus.
• Strong commitment to safety and preventive maintenance protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
