Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing department in implementing various strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a creative, organized individual with strong communication skills, eager to contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives and help drive the growth of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
• Create and proofread marketing materials, including emails, blog posts, newsletters, and promotional content.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Assist in organizing events, product launches, and other promotional activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing strategies align with company goals.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining marketing databases.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Analytics, and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
