Job Description

Randstad is looking for a Marketing Coordinator for a client in Peachtree City. Are you confident, professional and courteous with customers? Are you comfortable with networking to existing customers as well as leads? If so, this could be a great opportunity for you.

• Must have proven experience and knowledge effectively servicing customers in a multi-channeled work environment.
• This is a contract position for now, but it is long term.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently interact with consumers and customers by internet, email, telephone.
• Manage lead reassignments.
• Follow-up with the declined and no response leads.
• Meet application processing metrics on a weekly basis.
• Work closely with sales, rep agencies, consumers, new customers, marketing personnel, and cross-functionally with internal staff.
• Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
• Responds promptly to customer's needs.
• Obtain customer satisfaction through a phone survey.
• Build effective relationships with staff and customers.
• Plan and operate with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail.
• Take direction, but also be confident enough to make sound decisions.

Skills

• Call Center Support (2 years of experience is required)
• Microsoft Office (5 years of experience is preferred)
• Marketing Surveys (1 year of experience is required)
• Marketing Research (1 year of experience is required)
• Cold Calling (2 years of experience is required)
