This paid internship offers hands-on experience in video production, content creation, and digital marketing-perfect for students or recent graduates looking to build their portfolios and gain real-world experience in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities: ideo Production & Editing : Assist in editing and producing short- and long-form video content for internal communications, social media, and advertising campaigns. Content Creation : Utilize stock footage, B-roll, product footage, and graphics to create high-quality, engaging video content. Brand Consistency: Work closely with the rest of the marketing team to ensure content aligns with Colder's brand identity and messaging. Creative Development: Brainstorm and contribute fresh ideas for marketing campaigns, promotional videos, and storytelling initiatives. Motion Graphics & Design: Apply motion graphics and animation to enhance video content when needed. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with different departments to support marketing initiatives that require video production. General Marketing Support: Assist in other areas of the marketing department based on experience, skills, and demand for video content. We're looking for someone who is: A creative, self-motivated storyteller who enjoys bringing ideas to life through video. A detail-oriented editor with a strong eye for design, composition, and pacing. A proactive team player who can balance multiple projects and deadlines. Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative marketing team. Qualifications Qualifications: 1+ year experience Enrolled or graduated with relevant (Marketing, Digital Media, Film, Communications, etc.) is a plus. A strong portfolio showcasing video editing, motion graphics, or multimedia content. Proficient in Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop etc.).
