We're looking for teachers for in-person math instruction in Park Slope, Brooklyn, NY for our upcoming summer session and/or 2025/2026 school year.
Classes are typically 1.5 hours long, and we aim to schedule multiple classes per day for our teachers. Our summer session courses are projected to run in two/three week blocks, with classes held five days a week.
We opened its first location in 2023 in Larchmont, NY, and are in the process of opening our second location in Park Slope. Our first set of classes will begin in June 2025 as part of our summer session. Teachers will be required to attend training sessions at our Larchmont location starting in March/April, with all travel expenses and time fully compensated.

Responsibilities
Compensation
The compensation for this role ranges from $80 to $110 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. It includes class instruction, any breaks/time in-between classes, preparation, and travel expenses. Typically, teachers teach one to three 1.5 hour classes per evening/weekend day session worked.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess at least a bachelor's degree in mathematics or a related STEM subject. We hold in high regard current Ph.D. students/graduates in these areas as well as those with an advanced degree in areas such as education.
