Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Office Manager at Susan Biegel MD, located in Upland, CA. The Medical Office Manager will oversee daily operations of the medical office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Responsibilities include managing administrative staff, coordinating schedules, handling receptionist duties, providing excellent customer service to patients, and maintaining compliance with medical regulations. Qualifications

• 5 years experience as a manager

• Experience in Medical Office settings and knowledge of medical terminology
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and patients effectively
• Excellent Customer Service skills for providing consistent and professional patient support
• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including scheduling appointments and managing office functions
• Basic understanding or background in Medicine is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with medical software and office equipment
