Ability to work in an Agile Scrum team and deliver on time. Mentor team members in new technologies. Education and Training: A minimum of a 4-year degree is required, preferably in engineering or science. We value the ability to learn quickly over specific fields of study. Specialized training in Cybersecurity can enhance credibility with customers.
