Laurel Ridge Center for Health and Rehabilitation, a beautiful 126‑bed skilled nursing facility with solid survey results and strong financials, is seeking a Nursing Home Administrator; a team builder who can build strong team cohesion. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated track record of experience as an LNHA in areas including customer service, quality care delivery, expense management, census development, and employee relations and retention. The Center is part of the National Health Care Associates family of facilities, with operations in 6 States in the Northeast and 24 in CT! There is a strong regional team in place to support the Administrator, with the best Operations, Clinical, Reimbursement, Business Development, and Accounting & Finance professionals around! What You’ll Do As a Nursing Home Administrator, you will be the chief executive and entrepreneurial leader of your center. You will develop and execute a strategy for operational excellence and growth, setting goals and objectives aligned with the mission. Your leadership will shape the culture of the team and drive excellence in care delivery, resident satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The Nursing Home Administrator has 24‑hour accountability and is responsible for the delivery of high‑quality and cost‑effective health care at the center, while achieving positive clinical outcomes, resident and employee satisfaction.
