Office Manager

Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to support daily office operations and maintain accurate financial records. This role plays a key part in keeping our business running efficiently and professionally.

Job Summary
The Office Manager oversees day-to-day office operations while providing general bookkeeping support. Responsibilities include administrative coordination, vendor management, basic accounting tasks, and internal process support to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Responsibilities

  • Perform general bookkeeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • Process invoices, expense reports, and customer payments

  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements

  • Maintain accurate financial records and organized filing systems

  • Assist with payroll processing and coordinate with external accountants

  • Prepare basic financial reports for management review

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative workflows

  • Coordinate vendors, service providers, and office supplies

  • Maintain organized records, contracts, and correspondence

  • Support scheduling, meetings, and internal communications

  • Assist leadership with administrative tasks and reporting

  • Ensure office procedures and internal policies are followed consistently

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management and bookkeeping

  • Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Computer & Software Skills

  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online required

  • Intermediate or higher experience with Microsoft Excel required

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or related field preferred

  • Bookkeeping or accounting certification a plus
