EMR: Epic Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Other Details: The facility which is stroke-certified is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. There are an average of 12-15 patients per shift. The facility has a Pain Medicine opportunity for a provider to work two days per week in an outpatient surgery center and three days per week in a clinic setting, performing epidurals, facet injections, ablations, and other procedures at the surgery center. Full-time availability is preferred. Candidates must have an active CA license and be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible within five years of residency. To be considered for privileges, providers must have two years of acute care/inpatient experience with at least 100 cases of anesthesia/pain management procedures.
