Part-Time Accountant / Office Administrator Job Duties include:
· Maintain and manage accounting records using QuickBooks.
· Generate detailed financial analyses and reports, including historical and current financial statements, weekly cash tracking, and year-over-year sales comparisons.
· Handle AR and AP processing, bank reconciliations, deposits, and write checks
· Process and fulfill orders, including shipping arrangements with freight forwarders and brokers.
· Ensure legal compliance with tax and license filings
· Coordinate with a payroll agency and manage quarterly and yearly filings.
Part-Time Accountant / Office Administrator Preferred Skills include:
· Strong proficiency in QuickBooks is essential.
· Experience in managing office operations and understanding production activities.
· Effective multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
Part-Time Accountant / Office Administrator Requirements may include:
· 3+ years of experience in accounting and office management.
· Familiarity with order processing and working with international customers.
· Ability to provide 2 professional references.
· Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
