Job Posting: Part-Time Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk

Location: 98108
Schedule: Part-Time ; 3 days a week at 8am-5pm
Must be in office. No hybrid opportunities

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR) Clerk to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in accounts payable and customer service to contribute to our operations. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately upload and code invoices in our accounting system.
Process payments in a timely and efficient manner.
Communicate with vendors to resolve maintenance issues and inquiries.
Provide exceptional customer service over the phone to tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Must-Have Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
Familiarity with property management or real estate (consumer or commercial) and mortgage industries is a plus but not required.
2-3 years of customer service experience with a positive, outgoing, and proactive attitude.
Proficiency in Yardi or similar systems (e.g., MRI), and general tech-savviness.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
