Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated Personal Assistant to support our executive team in daily operations and activities. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing productivity and facilitating seamless communication across various departments. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize daily calendars of executives


• Schedule and coordinate meetings and events


• Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls


• Prepare presentations and meeting materials


• Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations


• Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role


• Exceptional organizational and time management skills


• Strong written and verbal communication abilities


• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software


• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment


• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
