Now Hiring: Phlebotomist II – Hendersonville, TN (Full-Time, Onsite)

Location: 105 Glen Oak Blvd, Hendersonville, TN 37075

Schedule: Mon–Thu, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Fri, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20–$22/hr

Join one of the most respected names in diagnostics! We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist II to provide excellent patient care and accurate specimen collection at our Patient Service Center in Hendersonville, TN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality blood draws on patients of all ages – pediatrics through geriatrics
• Ensure proper specimen labeling, handling, and transport
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
• Demonstrate strong leadership behaviors and process excellence
• Work independently and travel between sites as needed
• Create a trusting and confident environment while explaining procedures to patients
• Maintain required documentation and uphold high standards of patient confidentiality

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience required
• Inclusive experience with pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, and WA)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Medical or paramedic training preferred
• Must be flexible with schedule and available to cover at multiple locations
• Reliable transportation required (no bus/rideshare); valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• TB test and ability to stand for extended periods required
• Keyboard/data entry experience preferred
• Customer service experience in a healthcare, retail, or service environment preferred

Training locations may vary based on trainer availability. This is a contract-to-POSSIBLE EXTENSION position with potential for permanent employment based on performance and experience.
