Now Hiring: Phlebotomist II – Woodbury, MN (Full-Time, Onsite)

Location: 1687 Woodline Dr, Woodbury, MN 55125

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $22/hr - $25/hr

Join one of the most respected names in diagnostics! We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist II to provide excellent patient care and accurate specimen collection at our Woodbury Patient Service Center in Woodbury, MN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor
• Maintain a safe and professional environment
• Execute both forensic and clinical specimen collection confidently
• Verify patient demographic information and confirm proper labeling post-venipuncture
• Maintain required records and documentation
• Promote a positive and professional image to patients, clients, and the public
• Travel and provide coverage at multiple locations when needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)
• Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• At least 2 years’ experience in a Patient Service Center preferred
• Customer service experience in retail or service environment preferred
• Keyboard/data entry skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule including potential weekends, holidays, on-call, or overtime
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record (if applicable)
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Must demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills

Training locations may vary based on trainer availability.
