Based on the specific needs and job requirements, this role will be working out of our Bombas HQ in New York City.

About the Job:

We are looking for a motivated and curious team player to join our Sourcing team as our Product Development Assistant (temporary, full time) , reporting directly to our VP of Product Development, The ideal candidate does not need sourcing specific experience but a strong interest and curiosity in the field and transferable skills. This is an opportunity to learn about sourcing specifically within the development and production life cycle.

• Please Note: This role has an initial assignment of approximately 4 months (March through July 2025). The potential for this assignment to become extended will be determined by business need.
  
  

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Data entry and maintenance in our PLM system (Product Life Cycle Management, Centric) as well as Excel/ Google Sheet trackers and documents
• Assist in tracking, receiving and maintaining proto, coloration samples in Centric system as well as physically in the office.
• Work closely with current sourcing assistants and associates on a daily basis completing tasks as assigned.
• Regular communication with our overseas factories

• Sourcing specific experience not necessary but a plus, a strong interest in the field
• Strong work ethic and willingness to support team as needs change or arise

The pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $24.00 and $27.00/hour . However, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, market factors, and business need.

If hired, the position is “at-will” and the Company reserves the right to modify any component, plan, or program of the total rewards package at any time, for any reason.
