Our client, a leading player in the food production industry, is seeking a Production Helper to join their team. As a Production Helper, you will be part of the operations supporting the produce processing line. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Helper – Produce Line

Location: McAllen, TX

Pay Rate: $9.50 per hour

What's the Job?

• Assist in sorting, washing, peeling, or cutting fruits and vegetables on the production line
• Package and label produce products according to specifications
• Monitor the line to ensure continuous product flow
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following sanitation and safety guidelines
• Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production needs or issues

What's Needed?

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working in a cold, fast-paced environment
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
• Previous experience in a food production or warehouse environment is a plus but not required
