Job Title: Project Manager

Overview:
  • Our client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to lead complex transformation projects in sectors like healthcare, financial services, and other public sectors.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering large-scale technology, business, and process change initiatives, with a focus on organizational transformation, service redesign, and the implementation of electronic medical reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage project scope, resource allocation, and the interdependencies between technology, business processes, and organizational change.
  • Oversee the successful implementation of large transformational projects, ensuring that each project is completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop detailed transition roadmaps, including processes, roles and responsibilities, templates, tools, and knowledge transfer strategies.
  • Provide leadership across multiple project teams, facilitating planning and execution with diverse stakeholder groups and executive leadership.
  • Manage organizational change, risk, and reporting to executive sponsors to ensure alignment and transparency across all phases of the project.
  • Coordinate the implementation of electronic medical reporting software systems and infrastructure, ensuring smooth integration and deployment.
  • Work in a multi-jurisdictional environment, fostering relationships, maintaining cultural safety, and demonstrating flexible leadership.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Valid PRINCE2 Project Management Certification (Proof of certification must be provided with your application).
Education:
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) (Proof of degree required).
  • Master of Science in Integrated Management Systems (Proof of degree required).
Skills & Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager, including scope management, resource assignment, and managing interdependencies in complex sectors like healthcare, financial services, or public sectors. Please provide at least 3 examples (including project duration) totaling 10+ years.
  • 5+ years of experience implementing large transformational projects, including organizational and service redesign. Please provide at least 3 examples (including project duration) demonstrating successful deployment and handover to operations, totaling 5+ years. Specify the organizational or service redesign components.
  • 5+ years of experience developing transition roadmaps, including documented processes, roles and responsibilities, templates, tools, knowledge transfer, and issue management. Please provide at least 2 examples (including project duration) totaling 5+ years.
  • 5+ years of experience providing program or project leadership for large business transformation activities. This includes co-planning, program/project management, stakeholder coordination, and working with executive leaders. Experience should include facilitating multi-disciplinary teams, managing organizational change, risk management, and reporting to executive sponsors. Please provide at least 2 examples (including project duration) totaling 5+ years.
  • 5+ years of experience implementing electronic medical reporting software systems and infrastructure. Please provide at least 2 examples (including project duration) totaling 5+ years.
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Project Manager in a complex, multi-jurisdictional environment. Experience should include relationship-building, understanding cultural safety, and adaptable leadership. Please provide at least 2 examples (including project duration) totaling 5+ years.
