Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to manage all designated projects, including budgets and schedules. The role will require coordinating all deliverables and requirements of a cross-functional team, ensuring that projects are completed according to the contract terms, customer expectations, and policies and procedures. The Project Manager will communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders, identify potential issues, and ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned projects from inception to completion, coordinating all activities including contracting, RF design, product/equipment ordering, permitting, regulatory compliance, construction, optimization, site acquisition, close-out, and hand-off to operations.
• Effectively manage project contributors (both internal and external) to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion of projects.
• Develop and update accurate project plans and budgets for all assigned projects, ensuring the receipt of all required documentation.
• Lead internal and external deployment meetings, reviewing job status and implementing necessary changes to ensure timely project completion.
• Attend customer deployment meetings, providing detailed project status reports and resolving any issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate and complete project files, ensuring timely distribution in accordance with corporate and customer standards.
• Ensure all jobs are accurately tracked within the project management system.

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.

Experience & Minimum Requirements:

• 1 to 5 years of wireless project management experience or related project management experience in other industries.
• Experience managing project budgets or financial oversight.
• Previous customer-facing project management experience.

Skills/Abilities:

• Familiarity with public and private right-of-way project deployment, including regulatory and permitting processes.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, civil inside and outside plant construction methods, or tower/roof top structural details.
• Strong diagnostic skills for identifying workflow issues and developing solutions.
• Financial acumen to read and understand financial metrics and address budgetary challenges.
• Excellent customer service orientation with a problem-solving approach.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage and process multiple data streams effectively.
• Knowledge of construction services, including Telco power, fiber, vendor equipment requirements, and antennas.
