Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead end-to-end project management activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of projects, including scheduling, resources, deliverables, and risk management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead projects/programs from inception to delivery.
• Advise and consult on project charters, project deliverables, cost-benefit analysis, timelines, resource allocation, scope, and requirements gathering to design solutions.
• Manage timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines.
• Establish and maintain processes to manage scope throughout implementation project life cycles.
• Collaborate with various project teams, including product management, service delivery, engineering development, operations, business stakeholders, vendors, and internal clients.
• Accountable for consistent end-to-end execution of Service Program Management for new services or the evolution of existing services.
• Manage multiple projects execution according to the appropriate project framework (Lifecycle Management).
• Manage the program plan with documented and maintained key milestones, decisions, and change records.
• Report, communicate, and follow up on project status, budget, and risks to key stakeholders and management, including executive program checkpoints.
• Define the program schedule, resource requirements, and investment requirements.
• Organize the program team to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of desired outcomes.
• Coordinate all commitments for program deliverables across all stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication across all program team members and the extended stakeholder community.
• Perform risk and change management to increase project success by proposing appropriate trade-offs between schedule, requirements, and budget.
• Participate in sharing gained project knowledge and experience as best practices and enhancing the program management framework.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet and JIRA is a must .
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel is a must .

Employee Profile

• Highly skilled and motivated individual.
• First Level University degree.
• At least 6 years of experience in project management roles or similar roles/businesses.
• Desired: Professional PM Certification (PMP, IPMA, Agile/SCRUM, PRINCE2, 6 Sigma, etc.).
