We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Public Relations Assistant to join our dynamic event marketing team. This entry-level position provides a unique opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in event promotion, brand representation, and community engagement.
As a Public Relations Assistant, you will be instrumental in supporting our event marketing efforts. Acting as a Brand Ambassador, you will represent our organization at in-person events, assist with event logistics, and engage with the community to promote our mission and enhance brand awareness. This role focuses entirely on live event marketing, offering an excellent opportunity for those eager to excel in a fast-paced, community-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:Serve as the face of the organization at events, clearly communicating the mission and core values to attendees.
Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing on-site logistics, including setup, breakdown, and attendee interaction.
Build and nurture relationships with local businesses, influencers, and event attendees to strengthen brand visibility and community engagement.
Engage with event attendees, answer questions, provide foundation information, and distribute promotional materials.
Collect feedback from event attendees to evaluate event success and suggest improvements for future initiatives.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: No prior experience is required; however, internships or volunteer work in event marketing or public relations is a plus.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently represent the brand and engage with diverse groups. Exceptional organizational and time management skills are essential.
