The ideal candidate will have a solid software development background, deep understanding of data structures and algorithms, and hands-on experience building scalable backend systems using Python and MongoDB. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable backend systems using Python. Work extensively with MongoDB, including schema design, aggregation pipelines, and performance optimization. Develop RESTful APIs and services to support front-end applications and third-party integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, DevOps, and QA. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning sessions. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. Ensure application performance, uptime, and scalability. Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in Python development. 4+ years of strong working experience with MongoDB – including query optimization, data modeling, and indexing strategies. Experience building and consuming REST APIs. Familiarity with Python frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
