Our roles are typically open to remote candidates located and authorized to work in the U.S. However, priority will always be given to those located in our geographic footprint. This is because we've found the ability to seamlessly collaborate in-person when needed is very valuable to the nature of our work. Who is the QA Tester? The QA tester assists with quality assurance testing for our digital projects. This role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for inconsistencies, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, content teams, and project managers. In This Role, You Can Expect To: Conduct thorough content and formatting reviews to identify inconsistencies and missing elements. Perform device testing across desktop, tablet, and mobile to ensure responsiveness. Identify and report minor code-related display issues using basic HTML and CSS knowledge. Verify proper metadata, alt text, and heading structures for SEO compliance. Review and confirm content updates in content management systems like Sitefinity, Kentico, and WordPress. Check all internal and external links for accuracy and functionality. Log and track issues using Bugherd, Jira, Workfront, or similar tools. This is a temporary, project-based role. What do You Need? 2+ years of relevant experience. Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies and errors. CMS experience (Sitefinity, Kentico, WordPress, or similar). Basic HTML and CSS knowledge for identifying minor formatting/display issues. Excellent communication skills to report issues clearly and effectively. Strong critical thinking skills to identify content inconsistencies and suggested improvements. Ability to collaborate with developers, content teams, and project managers. Access to a computer and home office setup designed to maximize efficiency (dual monitors are strongly encouraged) and a reliable internet connection. Experience with SEO best practices, cross-device testing, and structured error logging is a plus but not required.
