General Purpose The Recruiting Coordinator plays a non-exempt administrative role supporting Mission Rock's recruitment efforts by coordinating and managing various administrative aspects of the hiring process. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, this individual will assist in ensuring a seamless candidate experience from job search to onboarding. Additional administrative responsibilities for this role will evolve as the People and Culture department evolves.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities Job Posting Management: - Create and manage job postings on various platforms, including the company's career pages, job boards, and social media channels. Ensure job postings are accurate, consistent, and compelling to attract qualified candidates.
- Create and manage tickets within HelpDesk and HRIS for requisitions and new hires, plus promotions and terminations, if necessary.
Candidate Experience: o Manage Talent Acquisition email inbox and serve as a point of contact for candidates with questions on applications, interview status, etc.
Pre-Hire Functions: - Oversee pre-hire administrative functions such as working with our background check and reference vendor, Sterling. Ensuring completion of drug screenings and compliance with company policy and legal requirements.
- Conduct verifications of employment.
- Prepare, track, and maintain job offer letters.
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: - Maintain and update candidate information in Paylocity, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Manage talent pool (leads) within Paylocity by sending periodic emails inviting previous candidates to check out relevant, open positions and making recommendations to hiring team of qualified candidates from the talent pool
Onboarding Support: - Assist in the launching of onboarding events for new Team Members, including reviewing and approving I-9 documentation and ensuring Day 1 (one) completion of necessary documents.
- Assist candidates with access issues encountered in onboarding.
- Maintain a strong commitment to creating a smooth transition for new Team Members into the company.
Requirements
Experience: - 1-3 years of Recruiting Coordination or HR Coordinator experience
- Working knowledge of all HR functions
- Experience in the property management/multifamily industry, a plus
Education: - High school diploma or equivalent
