Job Title: Registered Nurse Employee Health (Alternate titles: Occupational Health RN, Employee Wellness Nurse, Outpatient Clinic RN, Flu Clinic Nurse, Immunization Specialist RN)

Location: Burlington, MA

Onsite Flexibility: Onsite

Contract Details:

• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: ~2 weeks
• Start: 09/29/2025
• End: 10/10/2025
• Pay Rate: $60/hr
• Shift / Hours: Days, 6:00 AM 4:00 PM, weekends as needed (40 hrs/week)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Registered Nurse Employee Health to support seasonal Fall Flu Clinics in Burlington, MA. The RN will provide direct employee health services, including administering vaccines, taking health histories, and supporting occupational health functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer vaccines during flu clinics.
• Take and record health histories.
• Provide support in an occupational health office setting.
• Document care using EHR systems (preferred).
• Ensure compliance with infection control and clinic safety procedures.
• Provide care with professionalism and adherence to hospital standards.

Required Experience:

• 12 years of outpatient nursing experience.
• Active MA RN license at time of submission.
• Current BLS certification.

Nice-to-Have Experience:

• Previous travel RN experience.
• Occupational health or employee health background.
• Experience assisting with vaccine clinics.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Required Skills:

• Vaccine administration.
• Outpatient nursing care.
• Patient health history documentation.

Preferred Skills:

• EHR documentation.
• Occupational health services.
• Clinic workflow support.

Additional Skills:

• Ability to float between flu clinic assignments.
• Strong organizational and patient communication skills.
