\n\nOverview:\nThe Clinical Manager, in collaboration with and under the direction of the Director of Home Care, is accountable and responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day clinical operations and activities of the nurses, therapists, and other assigned clinical and ancillary staff; including personnel performance review evaluations, scheduling/staffing, staff competencies and professional development, fiscal accountability and supporting the Director of Home Care in the development of programs and services. The Clinical Manager is responsible for the home health regulatory requirements of Joint Commission, CMS Conditions of Participation (CoPs), Missouri and Kansas state home health licensing law, and discipline specific state practice acts for the clinical and/or ancillary staff.
