Schedule: Full-time | Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays | ~60 hours per week

We are passionate about great food and excellent service — and we’re looking for a dedicated, hands-on General Manager to lead our team and uphold our tradition of excellence.

Position Overview

The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the restaurant. This includes staffing, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and driving sales through delivery and catering channels. The ideal candidate will be an energeticleader with strong full-service restaurant management experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate team members to deliver excellent guest service and maintain a positive work culture.
• Financial Accountability: Manage budgets, monitor labor and food costs, and ensure profitability goals are met or exceeded.
• Guest Experience: Ensure every guest enjoys a high-quality dining experience, from dine-in to delivery.
• Sales Growth: Promote and grow delivery, takeout, and catering services through local marketing, partnerships, and community outreach.
• Compliance: Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards according to company and state regulations.
• Leadership Presence: Be actively involved on the floor, especially during peak hours, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of full-service restaurant management experience (GM or Assistant GM level).
• Proven success in managing high-volume operations and driving sales.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on accountability and results.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Hands-on management style – must lead by example.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Must be comfortable working approximately 60 hours per week.
• Experience with delivery, catering, and local store marketing is a strong plus.
