Your Mission


We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Revenue Operations Manager to lead and execute critical initiatives that directly impact revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end projects that span data, processes, and operational strategies, ensuring our revenue-generating teams are supported and empowered to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

Strategic Project Management

  • Lead and manage end-to-end projects that directly impact revenue growth, ranging from cross-functional initiatives to RevOps-specific improvements.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Revenue Operations to prioritize and scope high-impact initiatives based on business needs and revenue goals.
  • Develop project plans, define milestones, and track progress to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Communicate updates, results, and key learnings to stakeholders, including executive leadership.

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the business, including key metrics, goals, and revenue strategies. These will influence the projects you work on and allow you to focus on the largest impact projects. 
  • Analyze data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and support decision-making for revenue-generating teams.
  • Design and implement scalable processes that improve efficiency and drive operational excellence.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and business development, to ensure alignment and collaboration on key initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the VP of Revenue Operations, providing insights and recommendations to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
  • Act as a liaison between teams, ensuring smooth communication and execution of projects.
Your Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing and executing strategic projects with measurable business impact.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker).

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
  • Familiarity with go-to-market strategies and metrics.

The salary range offered for this role is $90,000.00-$95,000.00 plus variable. This range is tied to the market for this job in Colorado. Any salary offer extended will be based on skills, knowledge and experience.
