Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient needs
Develop and implement individualized plans of care
Provide education and support to patients and their families
Manage patient pain and symptoms
Collaborate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team
Provide emotional and spiritual support to patients and their families
To be successful, you will need:

A valid RN license
One or more years of nursing experience
Current CPR certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A compassionate and caring demeanor
