Job Description

Atosa USA, Inc. is a leading manufacturer and distributor of commercial kitchen equipment. As a young and fast-growing company, we are presently searching for a new member to join our service team. Our ideal candidate will be an ambitious and hardworking professional with the ability to stay organized, pay attention to detail, and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Applying candidates must be willing to work in a warehouse setting in different types of weather conditions while remaining on your feet for up to 4 hours at a time.

As a Sales Engineer for the R&D team, you will identify customer needs and provide customized equipment solutions. This role involves offering technical consultations, product demonstrations, and presentations, as well as interpreting customer requirements into tailored technical solutions, including layout design and equipment selection. The Sales Engineer will assist with preparing technical documentation and bid responses, answers customer inquiries, and coordinates with R&D and engineering teams to ensure solutions meet expectations. Please note : This position requires frequent travel.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose tailored equipment solutions.
  • Provide technical consultations, product demonstrations, and presentations to clients.
  • Interpret customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions, including layout design and equipment selection.
  • Assist in preparing technical documentation, proposals, and bid responses.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding product specifications, installation requirements, and maintenance guidelines.
  • Coordinate with R&D and engineering teams to ensure customized solutions meet customer expectations.
  • Collect feedback from customers and provide input for product improvement.
  • Support project tracking and coordination to ensure timely delivery and installation.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment (e.g., refrigerators, ice machines, ovens) and a basic understanding of their working principles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fast learner with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in technical drawing (e.g., AutoCAD or similar software).
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • BA Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
