Job Title: Sales Recruiter
Location: Hybrid (onsite 3 days/week and 2 days work from home) at Scottsdale , AZ, 85250
Contact Duration: 5 months (01-Apr-2025 - 01-Oct-2025)
Max pay rate: $45~$55/hr on W2


Description:

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process , from sourcing to offer stage
• Actively and creatively source, screen, and evaluate candidates
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
• Ensure a positive, high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Represent the company at local and virtual job fairs as needed (Scottsdale, AZ area)

Required Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting , preferably in supporting inside sales
• Strong sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to find top talent
• Demonstrated ability to recruit across a broad range of roles and levels
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to recruitment
• Process-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse experience is a plus )
